About Sloane Stanley

The Sloane Stanley Estate has been part of Chelsea, London since 1717 and remains a family owned business today. The Estate is now a mixed portfolio of residential and commercial properties all run from the Estate Office, conveniently situated within walking distance of our properties.

We know how important renting a flat is and we want you to enjoy your time with us. We have a dedicated residential team to look after you aided by our porters and a 24hr emergency service just in case. We also run a privileges program for our residents and support many local community initiatives – our way to say thank you.

You and the team at Sloane Stanley are a very thoughtful, responsive and flexible landlord. It really is a pleasure interacting with you. Your attention is personal and your execution is seamless. I think very highly of you and the entire Sloane Stanley team.

My wife and I rented a Sloane Stanley property for over 10 years. Whenever there was even the smallest issue the Sloane Stanley team were always immediately onto it and looking to provide a speedy solution to whatever the problem was. We cannot thank them (and Jess in particular!) enough for being such wonderful landlords over the years and truly caring about the property and their tenants. It was a sad day when we gave back the keys.

The flat was very pleasant, well-equipped and conveniently located on Kings Road. I was happy with all of my dealings with Sloane Stanley. In particular, they promptly fixed a couple of small problems in the bathroom. Efficient management both on my way into and out of the flat.
