“With this mural I celebrate some of the most historical moments of Chelsea’s most iconic street, King’s Road. From the Swinging 60’s, to the arrival of the Punks, from the rock legends playing and living there to some of the most remembered movie icons of the moment, from the Chelsea Pensioners to some of the most beloved and remembered pets, Christian the Lion. Through different scenes and pictures I want to give voice to the walls of the Chelsea Fire Station and celebrate together with its residents and people walking around the history of one of the most remarkable streets of London which changed its history”.
