London Cocktail Week is here, celebrating the capital’s brilliant bar scene and the talented mixologists who work at them. Between October 9th and October 19th 2025, it’s all about getting out there and sipping on their master creations. Chelsea, in particular, is home to a slew of talent. Here you’ll find bars on the official festival roster, and bars that are holding their own parties. Either way, cocktails and mocktails are aplenty, and they’re ready to quench your thirst.

Here are some of the best cocktail bars in Chelsea to celebrate this year’s London Cocktail Week in and beyond…

CALLOOH CALLAY, 316 – 318 KING’S ROAD

An official partner of London Cocktail Week, Callooh Callay is a legend on the King’s Road. One of the best cocktail bars in London, it’s known for inventive cocktails and a signature hidden wardrobe entrance. The destination is always buzzing with patrons, there to celebrate not just cocktail week but all kinds of big occasions. Their cheeky ‘Cards Against Calloohmanity’ themed menu mixed with strong humour is always an ice-breaker.

AZTECA, 329 KING’S ROAD

This beloved Chelsea restaurant brings an authentic taste of Mexico to London, and that goes for the drinks too. Their expertly crafted cocktails use premium shots of Mezcal and Tequila, with talented staff who know Don Julio 1942 from Herradura by drop. Guests sip items like the Jalapeno Margarita in an electric atmosphere inspired by the vibrant Mexican spirit.

THE CADOGAN ARMS, 298 KING’S ROAD

This elevated pub has long been a Chelsea institution, reopened and restored to its former glory in 2021. It does British pub grub with flair, including one of London’s best Sunday Roasts, but their cocktails also steal the show. So much so, The Cadogan Arms is an official partner of London Cocktail Week. Come for the classics done right, seasonal specials such as their Apples & Figs concoction, and delicious non-alcoholic cocktails.

THE PIG’S EAR, 35 OLD CHURCH STREET

Another fabulous pub, but being in Chelsea means The Pig’s Ear has an upscale feel with rustic charm. The beverage menu contains all the greats with a twist, such as the Wild Garlic Bloody Mary which pairs nicely with brunch; some incredible seasonals, like the Moatwood Gin & Double Dutch Tonic; and the whole cocktail list can be made zero-proof upon request.

BLUEBIRD CHELSEA, 350 KING’S ROAD

Bluebird Chelsea is without a doubt one of the area’s chicest hangouts, housed within an Art Deco gem. It serves contemporary European cuisine all day long, but the bar mixes up the classics perfectly from the French Martini to the Aperol Spritz. When in Chelsea, of course, you must try local signatures. These include the King’s Road (Tanqueray No.10, Malfy Rosa Gin, Aperol, Rhubarb liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white) and the SW3 (Casamigos Blanco, El jimador, rose liqueur, lime juice, rose syrup, cucumber, mint)
