The Sloane Stanley Estate portfolio is expanding and this historic area could well be the location for your business.

“The Sloane Stanley Estate has become a real hub for the best F&B operators and retail brands in London. It’s a vibrant day-to-night space for visitors and locals alike to enjoy. With award-winning chefs such as Claude Bosi and established brands like Pizza Pilgrims choosing it as a destination alongside new food concepts such as Fantomas and Alley Cats, there’s something for everyone at every price point.

In retail, our support of independents and pop-ups has been particularly successful. The Estate hosts a wide range of brands that arrive on the King’s Road like a shot of adrenaline, each becoming the latest ‘must-shop’ store and social media sensation.

Balancing constant change with a sense of familiarity is what makes the Estate’s corner of the King’s Road so successful and contributes to the entire area’s appeal.
